Celebrate CB Parade

As children we were always in the parade or spectators. In those days it was Pride Week Parade. As I grew older I participated as a cheerleader and a Westfair Queen contestant (I was Miss Citizenship). This year I had the opportunity and good fortune to be in the parade again. I was amazed at the large number of parade entries/participants and even better how many spectators there were. Very fun to see members of the community celebrating the joys of living in Council Bluffs and supporting their friends and neighbors. Here are some highlights from the parade, compliments of my mother who was the photographer for the day.
